By Thích Không Triệt (David B. Johnson, Ph.D.)

This book discusses the various aspects of worldly happiness and that it is one side of the happiness/sadness dichotomy.  It shows us how we can realize a state of ultimate happiness (equanimity/serenity/peace) through our understanding of the Buddha Dharma and through various Buddhist practices that help us transcend worldly happiness.

This is a good book for the experienced Buddhist to refresh their practice as well as those who are just beginning to learn about and/or practice Buddhism.
